About the job
Your Ambition
Are you passionate about significant rail projects such as the expansion of the railway and station in Tilburg, the renewal of the railway yard in Amersfoort, and the construction of the new Uithoorn line between Amsterdam and Aalsmeer? Do you enjoy being involved in planning, coordinating, and preparing such projects? Would you like to contribute to the sustainability of the Netherlands, for example, by working on the realization of the public transport hub in Nieuwegein? Then Dura Vermeer Railinfra is looking for you! As a Project Coordinator, you will be the linchpin during the execution process. You will support the project manager in challenging multidisciplinary rail projects. Here, you will have the opportunity to engage in projects that make a difference and enhance the sustainability and accessibility of the Netherlands. Join us and become part of our passionate team of rail professionals!
Your Role
As a Project Coordinator for traction and energy supply, you'll kick off your week at our office in Utrecht, where you will participate in the design review. Dura Vermeer possesses its own design recognition from Railinfra, which means you will be involved in projects from A to Z. You will meticulously monitor time, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating all disciplines in detail. In essence, you will be working with technical methodologies and continuously seeking alignment with execution. You will discuss planning and risks with the project team and keep your own and other disciplines informed about progress. You will also spend time outdoors, assessing what is working well and identifying opportunities and risks. You excel at translating technical aspects into understandable solutions for everyone, including other disciplines. What makes working at Dura Vermeer unique? You are genuinely part of both the design team and the field team. Your job is varied, and there is ample opportunity to contribute ideas for process improvements.
