Have you spent recent years leading projects at a construction firm and are now ready for a new challenge? Are you seeking a broad, independent role where you will take (co-)responsibility for some of the most exciting infrastructure projects in the Netherlands? Consider projects such as the Redesign of A.C. de Graafweg (N241) and the Relocation of Drinking Water Transport Pipelines and Reconstruction of N243 for the Province of North Holland, the N206 adjustment, the second project phase of the RijnlandRoute, the reconstruction of Postweg on Texel, or preparing the construction site for the new business area A4 Skyzone at Schiphol Trade Park.
For our Infrastructure business line, we are looking for a Project Leader Infrastructure who will focus on leading infrastructure projects in the Northern Netherlands. You will realize tenders that are successfully won thanks to your efforts. With your extensive infrastructure experience, you will be adept at steering both the process and the execution of projects at the right moments. You will be deeply involved in elements such as time, budget, resources, and the individuals who work for and with us. Naturally, you are a leader who motivates and inspires others to arrive at innovative solutions. You are entrepreneurial and enjoy thinking outside the box. You constantly seek ways to accomplish more work in less time. Improving your performance every day compared to the day before is what drives you. For both the tender and project teams, you will also serve as the go-to expert.
Your responsibilities as Project Leader Infrastructure:
- Steering the design, process, and execution of the project at the right moments. You will be responsible for safety, production, quality, finances, planning, and the personnel who work for and with us.
- Being the expert and reliable support for both tender and project teams in the field of road construction.
- As a natural leader with a strong sense of responsibility, you inspire and motivate your team to achieve innovative solutions.
Your qualifications:
- A relevant degree, for example in Civil Engineering.
- Several years of experience in managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and teams.
- Extensive experience with and interest in contract and tender management.
- You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
