SALARY Commensurate with experience level
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess commercial construction management experience and be a polished, high-caliber professional. While a college degree is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Essential skills include core computer competencies, a positive attitude, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Experience in the Chicago tenant interior renovation market is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Effective oral and written communication skills are vital.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Project Manager will oversee projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring timely and effective management while delivering top-notch performance and service to our esteemed blue-chip clients. Responsibilities will include managing job hours, production, safety, material procurement, change orders, project logistics coordination, and regular communication with stakeholders.
