Your Role
Are you a tech-savvy leader who excels at transforming intricate challenges into seamless customer successes? As a Project Manager in our Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in connecting innovative solutions to tangible value.
In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every project—from inception to completion—achieves measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Revenue to keep our projects on schedule and our clients satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, defining scope, timelines, and resources while proactively managing risks.
Bridge Technical & Commercial Worlds: Work alongside Engineering and Solution Architecture to ensure that technical feasibility aligns with customer expectations.
Champion Customer Success: Facilitate smooth transitions and focus on long-term value realization and adoption.
Drive Strategic Alignment: Provide insightful visibility and reporting to the Head of Customer Success to aid in high-level decision-making.
