Join Tatu City as a Project Manager, where you will oversee a diverse range of projects across the entire development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will extend from site identification within the master plan to the successful delivery of infrastructure for both Tatu City and third-party real estate projects. Achieve project goals through effective budget management and adherence to timelines, collaborating with service providers and executing development activities that meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Draft scope and fee proposals for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Lead and manage professional and technical teams to deliver a variety of architectural and engineering projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, while exceeding client expectations for quality.
- Create and monitor detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and proactively address shortfalls.
- Manage project changes and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
- Maintain strict control over project documentation.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Deliver on financial metrics including profitability, billings, and collection management.
- Achieve positive client feedback and meet contractual performance milestones throughout multi-year contracts.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from identification and execution to construction and closeout.
- Work independently with periodic reporting on progress, including detailed weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage project costs, including invoicing and cash flow.
- Ensure successful project completion in terms of cost, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
- Identify required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials while adhering to budget constraints.
- Develop a comprehensive work program and monitor it weekly to understand and mitigate potential delays.
- Recruit contractors and staff, assigning responsibilities and organizing regular progress meetings.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and report any issues.
