Join our Co-Development Business Unit as a Project Manager - A26056, where you will collaborate with Singapore Government Agencies.
This is a fixed-term contract role for a duration of 2 years.
Project: Cybersecurity Operations Command Centre and Dashboard System
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities and scrum practices, collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cybersecurity solutions for the maritime sector.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring prompt decision-making throughout the project lifecycle while identifying and escalating blockers as necessary.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives), ensuring they are outcome-focused and time-efficient.
- Work with product owners to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with maritime security goals and regulations.
- Drive scrum practices for complete delivery: create and refine a story backlog, manage scrum boards, plan sprints, track sprint progress, manage spillovers, and ensure timely updates of tickets using appropriate Agile tools.
- Establish and uphold clear team working agreements regarding cadence, estimation approaches, refinement standards, and release alignment.
- Monitor project delivery health and promote actionable improvements through retrospectives.
- Provide regular and transparent updates to stakeholders (status, risks, dependencies, and required decisions) and assist in managing change to minimize team disruptions.
