The GEK Services MAE, a subsidiary of the GEK TERNA Group, is seeking a talented Project Manager for Facility Management & Maintenance.
The selected candidate will oversee and manage operation and maintenance projects related to building infrastructure and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and guide the team of maintenance technicians & field electrical engineers.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors across all provided services (technical & electrical maintenance, landscaping, cleaning services, and security services) at the facilities under management.
- Monitor and control the financial performance of assigned projects.
- Coordinate purchasing requests for projects under management and evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers.
- Participate in the preparation of supplier and subcontractor contracts and review the technical & financial terms for the assigned projects.
- Oversee the monthly and annual preventive maintenance program for electrical systems across the projects.
- Prepare proposals & participate in project costing.
- Regularly communicate with clients and tenants, exploring their needs and proposing solutions.
- Engage with subcontractors to ensure collaborative service delivery on projects.
- Ensure the maintenance & strengthening of relationships with all involved partners.
- Ensure the implementation & compliance with all health and safety procedures for the responsible personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of work experience in facility management & maintenance.
- Preferred knowledge of CAFM/CMMS software.
- Preferred knowledge of Project Management software.
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management software.
- Very good command of English (both spoken & written).
