Your Qualifications:• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the automotive sector, specifically focused on mechanical design.• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.• Proactive Approach: You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to take full ownership of your responsibilities, driving projects to successful outcomes.• Adaptability: You easily adjust to new development environments and have a profound interest in automotive technologies and diverse technical fields (e.g., electronics, failure analysis methods, material sciences).• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Your Role in Shaping the Future:
• Lead the Charge: Take the helm of mechanical design initiatives for cutting-edge ADAS sensors, overseeing projects from the initial quotation phase to Start of Production (SOP), while providing continuous support for series production and implementing improvement initiatives (change packages, RPP).
• Be the Expert: Act as the principal technical liaison for all mechanical design elements, nurturing strong partnerships with our esteemed customers and strategic suppliers.
• Drive Excellence: Prepare and diligently manage project documentation, aligning with our stringent ME best practices.
• Master the Metrics: Strategically plan, monitor, and manage engineering costs to ensure projects meet challenging quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Communicate with Impact: Develop and present engaging project status updates and vital management reports to keep all stakeholders well-informed and involved.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote synergies and efficiency across various engineering disciplines, including mechanical design, reliability engineering, and simulation. Collaborate closely with our global partners to achieve shared success.
