Position Overview
As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for conducting property condition assessments and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion within predefined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple property condition assessment projects simultaneously.
- Ensure quality control throughout each project's lifecycle.
- Coordinate the efforts of Partner team members and Partner Associates (PAs) to deliver projects as planned.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct occasional on-site inspections and write comprehensive reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and quality control (QC) checks on all project components.
- Maintain clear communication with client relationship managers and Professional Associates regarding project scope and client expectations.
- Effectively convey project expectations and updates to team members and assessors.
- Provide actionable recommendations to relationship managers and clients, recognizing the assessment's influence on transaction processes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project issues.
- Deliver regular progress reports to clients and team members.
- Oversee client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses.
- Delegate tasks appropriately among team members.
- Manage requests for Partner Associates' engagement and vendor services through the Project Coordinator Group.
