As a Project Manager at AUMOVIO, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Developing detailed project plans to guide project execution.
- Utilizing effective project management methodologies to ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress and controlling project parameters to ensure milestones are met.
- Preparing for and leading meetings, project reviews, and milestone assessments.
- Conducting comprehensive risk management to mitigate potential issues.
- Coordinating multiple projects and ensuring all objectives are achieved.
- Taking on responsibility for international and complex projects, leveraging years of experience.
- Demonstrating cultural competency through international experience to foster successful project outcomes.
- Identifying product and process specifications based on customer requirements, including legal regulations and assembly needs.
- Establishing quality objectives in line with customer expectations, including ppm and process capability.
- Ensuring the availability of qualified personnel and implementing relevant training plans.
- Addressing customer complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Guaranteeing that product and process designs satisfy customer requirements.
