Project Purchase Manager in Construction (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Purchase Manager (m/f/d) to support our project team on-site at the SuedLink construction site in Walldorf, Thuringia. This project represents Germany's largest infrastructure initiative of its kind, playing a crucial role in the energy transition by transporting wind energy from major wind farms in the north to consumption centers in the south. Responsibilities
- Implementation and monitoring of commercial contract contents (invoices, guarantees, insurances)
- Commercial coordination with project partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team
- Support in change management and collaboration with project management and legal advisors
- Preparation of evaluations and reports on costs, performance, and project metrics
- Responsibility for payment deadlines, receivables management, and commercial correspondence in accordance with VOB/B
Your Profile
- Relevant degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project purchasing and contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
