The Project Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. This individual will manage the workflow and logistics of each project, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to installation while minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
- Engage in corporate or national initiatives aimed at process enhancement, offering insights and modifications to operational procedures, and assisting with training efforts to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve project-related challenges or inconsistencies, crafting and executing corrective action plans as necessary.
- Guide the team in addressing project order and installation issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise team activities to guarantee successful and profitable project completion while adhering to established timelines.
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and General Manager to generate and present key performance indicator reports weekly, biweekly, or monthly as required.
- Foster robust relationships with operations, internal management and staff, national support teams, and manufacturing leadership.
- Ensure project readiness for installation and track client payments to facilitate timely project closures.
