Role Summary
We are seeking a claims professional who is eager to take on a more technical and creative role while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will be instrumental in evaluating and testing the outputs of our AI models, specifically those associated with extracted and summarized data. Collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams, your insights will help ensure that our machine learning model outputs adhere to both technical and claims guideline standards, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the claim lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Output Testing: Evaluate AI-generated outputs, concentrating on medical prompts and machine learning models utilized in healthcare.
- Feedback Analysis: Assess AI output for accuracy, relevance, and clinical validity, providing detailed feedback to the engineering team to improve model performance.
- SOP Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures for medical prompt engineering and testing, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the engineering team to troubleshoot, refine, and optimize machine learning models based on testing feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure AI-generated responses comply with clinical guidelines, best practices, and healthcare regulations.
- Data Evaluation: Assist in analyzing medical datasets and model outputs to assess the performance of AI models in clinical settings.
- Documentation: Record all testing procedures and outcomes, creating user-friendly guides and best practice documents for prompt testing and optimization.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in team initiatives to enhance our product offerings and operational efficiency.
