As a Property Maintenance Technician at peak-made, you will play a crucial role in upholding the quality and safety of our properties. Your primary responsibility will involve executing a diverse range of maintenance tasks that are vital for enhancing the property's value and functionality efficiently and professionally.
This position emphasizes a commitment to safety and efficiency, ensuring that the property consistently meets high-quality standards. You will also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and thoroughly address all service requests and repairs.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in monitoring and managing the inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to adhere to budgetary guidelines and ensure the effectiveness of the preventative maintenance program.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining a hazard communications program.
- Conduct inspections of the grounds, buildings, and property features to mitigate liability risks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and hazard communication policies.
- Work alongside the maintenance team to maintain excellent curb appeal at all times.
- Assist residents in the move-in and move-out process as required.
- Help schedule and execute all maintenance and repair-related turn events.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Perform additional maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in daily exterior property cleanup, including grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
- If applicable, perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain precise chemical logs.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
