UTR Sports is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Provider Success Manager to cultivate and enhance relationships with our esteemed providers, clubs, and academies across the East Region globally. As our Provider Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention while expanding UTR Sports' footprint by empowering our partners to grow their events and fully leverage UTR Sports' innovative platforms.
This position is crucial in driving revenue targets, renewals, and overall client success in your designated region. You will work closely with the East Regional Manager, the International Director, and other essential stakeholders to support their objectives, guaranteeing that UTR Sports' cutting-edge solutions, including UTR rating systems for tennis and pickleball, deliver continuous value and foster success for their organizations. This role reports directly to the East Regional Manager.
What We Seek
We are searching for an enthusiastic bilingual professional (English and Chinese) based in Australia, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess experience in account management, customer success, or provider services, along with a demonstrated history of achieving revenue and retention goals.
Your primary responsibility will be managing a portfolio of clients, steering their growth and success while also meeting individual revenue and renewal KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Tennis Australia in the clubs and academies domain.
- Enhance relationships with a designated set of providers, clubs, and academies in your assigned region.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from UTR Sports' platforms and tools.
- Drive client engagement by assisting providers in event growth, operational improvements, and achieving their success metrics.
- Build long-term partnerships through exceptional communication, proactive support, and continuous client education.
Growth & Revenue Generation
- Meet individual revenue goals through account renewals and identifying growth opportunities via upsells and cross-sells.
- Create strategies to enhance business within existing accounts, concentrating on increasing participation in UTR Sports-supported events.
- Ensure effective execution of event strategies and promotions in partnership with clients to boost participation and revenue.
- Regularly evaluate client needs and offer tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Client Retention & Satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and success utilizing UTR Sports’ products.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and success metrics.
