As a member of our certified FACT team, you will collaborate closely with our network partners, engaging in regular consultations both internally—with outpatient clinics, crisis services, and hospitals—and externally with stakeholders involved in safety and reporting discussions. This collaboration aims to continuously enhance our partnerships.
We prioritize triadic approaches, actively involving the families and support networks of our clients in their treatment plans.
