Hours: We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants.
Compensation: Estimated annual earnings for this role range from $200,000 to $225,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements: We seek a dedicated Psychologist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team, which includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical counselors, and more, all united in delivering integrated, patient-centered care. You will engage in co-treatment opportunities, warm handoffs, and authentic interdisciplinary collaboration.
At Tall Tree, we value continuous improvement. Participate in enriching activities such as Lunch & Learns, Papers & Pints nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit, and mentorship within small teams, all designed to enhance your skills and connect you with a community of passionate clinicians.
Your responsibilities will include providing psychological assessments and treatments for clients with diverse needs including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, health-related concerns, and behavioral changes, utilizing evidence-based modalities that align with your expertise. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful insights, developing coping strategies, and guiding clients toward sustainable progress. Services will be delivered both in-person at the clinic and virtually via telehealth as appropriate.
