As a QHSE Officer, you will be the driving force behind the quality, safety, and working conditions within our organization. Your mission is to ensure that laws and regulations are not only adhered to but also translated into practical, workable processes that are embraced by the team.
You will navigate between operational tasks and project-based activities. On one hand, you will focus on improving and securing the QHSE management system, while on the other, you will actively enhance awareness throughout the organization. You will identify risks, analyze discrepancies, and initiate improvement actions.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in managing and executing the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) and coordinating the emergency response organization (BHV). You will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes to be smarter, safer, and more efficient.

Your key responsibilities include:
Contributing to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the QHSE control structure
Managing, executing, and further developing the quality policy
Conducting internal audits
Registering and addressing internal and external complaints
Analyzing errors in processes or products
Developing and executing improvement projects in collaboration with stakeholders
Contributing to regular quality management reports
Identifying and analyzing risks within the organization
Providing training and instructions to employees
Acting as a point of contact for customers, government agencies, and external auditors
Actively fostering support for the QHSE policy within the organization
What we offer:
A salary ranging from €3500 - €4500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
