Join our dynamic and passionate quality team! As a Quality and Continuous Improvement Intern, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and play a vital role in managing the quality system and driving continuous improvement within our commercial entity.
In a context of transformation and enhancement of our quality culture, you will support the quality department in steering strategic projects for 2026-2027. This internship will offer you a comprehensive understanding of quality management in a demanding industrial environment while actively contributing to impactful projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Management and Improvement of the Quality System
- Enhancing the architecture of our quality management system and its usability for users.
- Leading a Quality initiative to transform our teams' Q-Mindset in an engaging manner through a UX-Problem Solving coaching approach.
- Participating in the follow-up of internal and external audits, managing action plans, and standardizing documentation.
- Supporting daily activities of the Quality Management System and coordinating with the regional quality network (Italy, Spain, Greece).
2. Monitoring Strategic Quality Projects for 2026-2027
- PMI Follow-up & Claim Management: assisting in process stabilization, monitoring complaint loads, and supporting teams in implementing new tools/processes.
- S/4 HANA Project: participating in user training phases and adapting new claim management processes.
- CustomerFirst Project: contributing to the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and the customer journey.
3. Quality Reporting and Management
- Leading initiatives around Quality Basics in workshops, compiling results, and ensuring reporting to the central service in Germany.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through data analysis and developing Power BI dashboards.
- Assisting in dispute management and resolution processes.
4. Quality Purchasing & Supplier Development
- Collaborating with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams on supplier qualification and development, including overseeing quality evaluations and supporting supplier audits.
- Leading, in conjunction with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams, the redesign and standardization of processes, benchmarking with our European entities to integrate best practices.
