The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the administration and document control of the Quality Assurance system established by the laboratory's policies and procedures. This position ensures compliance with regulations and standards set by the accrediting bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and management of the Quality Assurance system.
- In collaboration with Quality Assurance Management, maintain the EHS site and North American Operations Procedures, including processing, routing, and archiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all SOPs and forms are current and accurately maintained.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding administrative issues, fostering trust and building reliable relationships.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate technical personnel or management.
- Establish and maintain a data management system to meet all records control requirements, encompassing file maintenance, quality assurance, information conversions, and systems automation.
- Oversee the company’s Form/Worksheet Control System, including the assignment of new form numbers and revision codes.
- Document assignments, track, and finalize Change Control Requests.
- Assist in the management and oversight of customer methods, protocols, and reports, including Method Transfer, Method Validation, and Stability studies.
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as required.
