The Role
As a QA Engineer at Codeway, you will play a vital role in our product development process. Quality Assurance at Codeway transcends traditional testing; it is about preserving the user experience for millions before each product release. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our mobile applications across various product categories. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, you will validate features, identify potential risks early, and uphold high delivery standards. What You’ll Be Doing
• Analyzing product requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide timely and actionable feedback.
• Crafting and maintaining exhaustive, well-structured test cases and scenarios.
• Strategizing, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities for various features and releases.
• Conducting both manual and automated tests for iOS and Android applications.
• Detecting, documenting, and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Executing regression, smoke, and exploratory testing prior to releases.
• Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to efficiently resolve issues.
• Contributing to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and automation coverage.
• Monitoring quality metrics such as defect trends and release stability.
• Keeping abreast of contemporary testing strategies and advancements.
