Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual QA testing on new and existing features across Poshmark’s mobile applications (iOS & Android), web application, and cloud platform.
Perform end-to-end, functional, regression, and performance testing.
Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business needs and user stories.
Identify, log, track, and validate defects using bug-tracking tools (JIRA preferred).
Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams for effective resolution.
Validate bug fixes and ensure proper closure of issues through verification.
Review functional requirements and design documents to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality product releases.
Manage multiple projects across different platforms simultaneously.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of QA processes and best practices.
6-Month Objectives
Independently develop and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Actively engage in regression testing cycles.
Identify and report high-quality bugs with clear reproduction instructions.
Gain a thorough understanding of product flows, systems, and QA processes.
Collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.
