Job Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that ABC Legal Services collaborates with the top-performing process servers. This remote position, based in Michigan, will involve coaching, training, and providing constructive feedback to enhance the success of our process servers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, train, and educate underperforming process servers based on established metrics.
- Create a positive and engaging experience for all process servers by:
- Providing direct coaching and constructive feedback.
- Addressing inquiries from process servers and resolving obstacles.
- Clarifying expectations and timelines for necessary adjustments.
- Establish clear performance expectations for underperforming servers.
- Review daily reports, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and address reasons for delays in job execution.
- Ensure accountability among servers to directly influence performance.
- Communicate any blockers to the leadership team:
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting department for additional staffing as needed.
