Your Responsibilities
• Provide crucial input during the design control process and assist in the development and launch of new products.
• Leverage your understanding of the Penumbra Quality Management System (QMS) to support manufacturing operations, manage supplier quality, and innovate new products.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancement, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
• Analyze and resolve in-process quality assurance challenges.
• Gain experience in production environments that manufacture high-performance products.
• Comply with the Company’s QMS as well as local and international quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures across the department.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that require expertise in specific project principles and techniques.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where tackling ambiguous challenges is encouraged.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or scientific field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A strong desire to collaborate within a feedback-rich team environment is preferred.
Working Conditions
• Work takes place in general office, laboratory, and cleanroom settings.
• Possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
• May involve lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to navigate between buildings and floors is necessary.
• Prolonged periods of stationary work at a computer or other standard office equipment, such as printers or copiers.
• Proficient in reading, drafting emails, and creating documents and spreadsheets.
• Ability to move around the office and access files or supplies as required.
• Daily communication and accurate information exchange with employees at all levels is essential.

• Salary range: $72,000 to $94,000.
