Reporting to Amélie, the QHSE Manager, you will explore various aspects of the role and on a daily basis, you will:
- Update the service's KPIs
- Conduct safety visits at workstations
- Perform monthly fire inspections using a predefined checklist
- Record accidental events in the group's tool
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
- Facilitate problem-solving meetings related to QSE topics
- Collaborate with team leaders to update the DUERP
- Contribute to cross-audits on health and safety in connection with other plants in the sector
You will also have the chance to participate in various QSE service projects, either collaboratively or independently, including:
- Managing the Occupational Health and Safety framework (analyzing gaps from the last audit, implementing and tracking the action plan)
- Assisting with the implementation of an electronic document management system
- Enhancing the management and recycling of our waste
- Implementing chemical assessments on-site using the SEIRICH software
- Contributing to the creation of a GED (electronic document management)
- Leading working groups related to new needs (acquisitions of new equipment, PPE, etc.)
- Participating in ergonomics projects for workstations
- Organizing awareness activities on health and safety themes (Prevention Week, themed campaigns)
