Your Role
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Quality & Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure inventory precision, uphold quality standards, and facilitate the smooth running of documentation-intensive, contract-oriented projects.
Your main responsibility will be to guarantee that each shipment adheres to compliance standards, is fully traceable, and has complete documentation before dispatch. In this role, quality assurance goes beyond inspection; it serves as a safeguard against contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling, reviewing, and validating quality assurance documentation packages.
- Ensuring full compliance and traceability prior to shipment release.
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for defects or discrepancies.
- Reconciling inventory records to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Suppliers to address documentation discrepancies.
- Facilitating timely delivery by mitigating QA-related shipment delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, quality documentation, or inventory control.
- Experience with contract-driven or compliance-focused projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA documentation, traceability, and inspection protocols.
- Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems, preferably SAGE.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership regarding compliance outcomes.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, mining, or industrial sectors is preferred.
