Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Quality Manager to oversee all product and process quality aspects within our injection molding operations. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring we not only meet but exceed customer expectations regarding precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance, especially as we advance towards ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead the Quality Department across all molding operations, from startup to scale-up phases.
Define and implement Atomic’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop and execute quality plans that align with ISO and IATF standards.
Production Support
Oversee the part qualification process, including PPAP, capability studies, control plans, and first article inspections.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions utilizing methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scrap rates, customer complaints, and audit outcomes.
