Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing necessary documentation for the flights under your supervision
- Communicating with all departments related to the flight – transferring and confirming information
- Checking the functionality of all necessary supplies for the servicing of your flight
- Ensuring smooth disembarking/boarding processes for passengers from bridges and aircraft service stairs
- Overseeing the unloading/loading of luggage in the aircraft’s cargo holds
- Supervising processes of all departments acting on the flight, based on the standards of the respective airline and the timeframe
- Communicating with the cabin crew and the flight captain, delivering all necessary documentation to them
What We Are Looking For:
- High School diploma
- English proficiency at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
- Category B driving license
- Previous experience in a similar position or in customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with computers
