Key Responsibilities of RBT Trained Clinician:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs, analyzing antecedents and environmental factors to create tailored behavioral support and treatment plans.
- Implement ongoing assessments during client sessions, ensuring adherence to behavior support principles and interventions.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and service teams to develop effective behavior support plans that prioritize positive practices and minimally restrictive interventions.
- Establish specific treatment goals and objectives to address targeted behaviors.
- Review and interpret data to track behavior changes and adjust plans accordingly.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
- Emphasize treatment integrity through regular fidelity checks and feedback to caregiver teams.
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments to inform treatment strategies.
