As a skilled Application Architect with a focus on marketing technology and digital analytics, you thrive in creating scalable and privacy-compliant architectures that facilitate effective data collection, attribution, and measurement in intricate digital environments. You excel at collaborating with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, simplifying complex technical ideas into actionable guidance, and establishing standards that elevate data quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Your Key Competencies Include:
- Over 5 years of experience in application architecture, marketing technology, or analytics engineering roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Extensive knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing and troubleshooting complex tracking solutions.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager, including custom JavaScript variables and structured data layer setups.
- Proven experience in managing Google Analytics 4 implementations, event modeling, and advanced tracking methods.
- Practical experience with Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Thorough understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in designing both client-side and server-side tracking architectures.
- Strong grasp of privacy regulations, Consent Mode, and browser limitations (ITP) that impact data collection.
- Proficiency in using browser developer tools and tag debugging extensions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Architecting and implementing a modular, scalable application architecture for marketing data collection and digital analytics.
- Taking charge of optimizing advanced Google Tag Manager configurations, including tags, triggers, variables, and structured data layers.
- Overseeing tracking implementations across Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel, including Conversions API integrations.
- Designing tracking solutions that are resilient to browser privacy restrictions and comply with global privacy regulations.
- Leading the migration from fragmented client-side tracking to robust server-side and API-driven architectures when applicable.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex tracking and performance issues that affect data accuracy or site stability.
- Conducting regular audits to guarantee data accuracy, attribution integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
