Duties and Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales
- Facilitate the sale of residential and commercial properties from the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct engaging property tours, provide insightful information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
Understanding Client Requirements
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investing in real estate opportunities.
Lead Generation
- Generate and follow up on leads to broaden the client base.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust professional network to enhance business prospects.
Market Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, property valuations, and competitive offerings.
- Supply clients with precise and current market information.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure clients are well-informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to remain updated on changes in their real estate needs and provide ongoing support.
Presentations and Site Visits
- Deliver engaging presentations and coordinate site visits to help clients envision potential investments.
Deal Closure
- Ensure the timely closure of real estate transactions and verify that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
