As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate at Comoto, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our store's backroom operations. Your responsibilities will include accurately receiving products into our POS system, maintaining an organized inventory, and assisting in the processing of weekly pallets. You will also oversee the return of damaged or defective products to the Fulfillment Center and communicate these issues to our Inventory Control Team. Additionally, your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential. You will be expected to possess a robust understanding of our products, enabling you to provide customers with detailed insights into product features and benefits.
