The Role
We are seeking a meticulously organized and detail-driven Recruiting Coordinator to bolster our Talent Acquisition team amidst our ongoing expansion. This pivotal position is essential for delivering an outstanding candidate experience while empowering recruiters and hiring teams to operate swiftly and effectively across diverse time zones, functions, and interview modalities.
This role is execution-centric with tangible impact. You will be entrusted to manage intricate scheduling, oversee candidate logistics throughout the hiring journey, and collaborate closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers across technical, corporate, and go-to-market sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of interview scheduling across various time zones, facilitating complex interview loops for technical, corporate, and go-to-market roles.
• Organize interviews involving senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional panels, confidently managing competing priorities and last-minute adjustments.
• Act as a vital point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, guaranteeing a professional, responsive, and inclusive experience.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to maintain momentum in searches, proactively identifying and addressing scheduling challenges. Engage directly with hiring managers for real-time interviewer alignment and coordinate substitutions.
• Ensure precise, high-quality candidate data is maintained in Ashby and Workday to facilitate reporting, compliance, and operational insights. Partner with Recruiters, Recruiting Operations, and People Operations to support hiring workflows as necessary.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance scheduling workflows and minimize manual efforts whenever feasible.
• Work alongside the broader People and Recruiting teams to continuously refine interview processes, coordination practices, and candidate experience.
• Support hiring activities across multiple regions and time zones, adjusting to varying work hours and cultural standards as required.
Success Metrics
• In one year, you will know you have succeeded if you independently manage high-volume, intricate interview scheduling with minimal escalations.
• Recruiters and hiring managers regard you as a trustworthy operational partner who ensures processes run seamlessly.
• Candidates consistently provide positive feedback regarding their interview experience.
