Your Role
Efficiently coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews.
Utilize our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to streamline tasks, enhancing the candidate experience.
Ensure data integrity and compile metrics to prepare insightful reports for recruiters and hiring managers.
Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities while working effectively under pressure.
Oversee candidate travel arrangements and manage expense claims professionally.
Welcome candidates during their onsite interviews, providing a warm and engaging experience.
Deliver an exceptional recruiting experience that reflects our company values.
Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our workflows and office atmosphere.
Note: This is a 12-month contract position and does not include full-time benefits.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator within a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Demonstrated operational excellence with a data-driven mindset.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
