ABOUT THE JOB
We are on the lookout for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to spearhead and expand our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering recruiting initiatives. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic partner to our Hardware Platform division, tasked with enhancing our recruiting capabilities. We are in search of an individual who embodies the qualities of a strategic planner, talent magnet, and execution powerhouse. You will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, influencing pivotal hiring decisions, consistently improving recruiting processes, and ensuring a remarkable experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire candidate lifecycle—from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
