Role Overview:
As the operational backbone of our recruiting efforts, you will handle interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for every candidate. We seek a proactive operator who not only completes tasks but also anticipates needs, mitigates issues proactively, and enhances the efficiency of the recruiting team. Your contributions will be vital in attracting and securing top-tier talent at Jerry.ai.
Your Impact:
Deliver a personalized, 'white-glove' experience to candidates by providing pre-interview information and managing outreach via LinkedIn.
Oversee the completion of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure accessibility of candidate documents for relevant stakeholders.
Effectively manage recruiter calendars, adjusting interview schedules dynamically to prioritize high-impact candidates and maximize productivity.
Serve as the point of contact for leadership's urgent recruiting requirements, including updating compensation bands, posting new job requisitions, and coordinating the training of new interviewers.
