About the Role:
You will serve as the operational backbone of our recruitment team, overseeing interview scheduling and logistics to ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic operator who not only executes tasks but anticipates needs, preemptively resolves issues, and empowers the recruitment team to work more efficiently. Your contributions will significantly influence our capacity to attract and secure top talent at Jerry.ai.
Your Impact:
Deliver exemplary service to candidates by providing personalized pre-interview information and managing outreach via LinkedIn.
Oversee the lifecycle of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles in our ATS (Ashby), and guarantee that all candidate documentation is readily accessible.
Efficiently manage recruiter calendars, adjusting interview schedules as needed to prioritize high-impact candidates and optimize daily operations.
Act as the primary contact for urgent recruiting requests from leadership, including updating compensation structures, posting new job requisitions, and coordinating the training of new interviewers.
