Job Overview:
Docketly is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiting Supervisor to manage a team of 7–10 recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume legal staffing setting. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing production, ensuring quality, maintaining margin discipline, and fostering recruiter development while upholding strict performance accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7–10 high-volume recruiters.
- Achieve daily production targets across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics.
- Oversee team-level KPIs such as placements, coverage rates, margin performance, and loss prevention.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and metric reviews to reinforce accountability and urgency.
- Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed-to-fill, and quality candidate screening.
- Monitor hearing losses, drops, and margin adherence in line with company performance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and adapt coverage strategies in real time.
- Ensure compliance with approval processes related to cancellations and losses.
- Develop scalable recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Identify, nurture, and promote top-performing recruiters.
- Address underperformance promptly through structured performance plans and clear expectations.
- Maintain robust collaboration with operations and account management teams.
