Role Overview:
The Recruitment Administrator Intern plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by providing administrative and coordination assistance throughout the hiring process. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth scheduling of interviews, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
The intern will assist in managing recruitment records, updating the applicant tracking system, and organizing recruitment documentation to contribute to a seamless and professional candidate experience while adhering to organizational standards.
