HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Engage with multiple clients to understand their recruitment needs, fostering close relationships with Account Owners;
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to identify candidates who meet the technical requirements of various teams/projects;
- Provide insights into short and medium-term recruitment priorities;
- Work alongside external recruitment partners (agencies) locally and internationally;
- Collaborate with technical communities to facilitate technical interviews and candidate evaluations;
- Advise on, implement, and utilize recruitment tools such as candidate management and onboarding systems, social networks, and databases;
- Deliver regular, data-driven updates on recruiting progress;
- Compile and analyze relevant reports, identifying areas for improvement;
- Implement and employ modern sourcing and recruiting techniques;
- Contribute to the hiring decision-making process;
- Demonstrate initiative, challenge the status quo, learn swiftly, and embrace smart risks.
