The Recruitment Relationship Manager II plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective recruitment of open positions in collaboration with hiring managers. This position is crucial for supporting the LATAM markets, particularly in corporate functions, IT, and manufacturing skill sets.
Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle while serving as a brand ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing recruitment activities with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the recruitment delivery process and performing activities to meet account KPIs.
- Communicating recruitment trends and market intelligence while acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Collaborating with AGS internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services to effectively address client needs.
- Managing stakeholder relationships to mitigate potential escalations.
- Identifying challenges and formulating proactive solutions.
- Providing consultative and strategic solutions as a Talent Advisor to client stakeholders.
- Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
- Staying informed of client dynamics, market trends, and industry developments.
- Managing requisitions through meticulous documentation of recruitment-related data in line with current legislation and client processes.
- Offering recruitment guidance and mentorship to Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators within the Recruitment Delivery Center.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activities to ensure accurate volume forecasting.
- Coaching candidates to prepare for selection stages.
- Delivering professional advice and timely feedback to candidates in accordance with best practices.
- Utilizing market expertise to develop and manage pre-qualified Talent Pools alongside Recruitment Sourcing Specialists.
- Meeting or exceeding all SLAs and KPIs associated with the client and role.
- Coaching, leading, and mentoring Recruitment Sourcing Specialists, Talent Advisors, and Recruitment Coordinators assigned to the account.
