Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified candidates for finance positions in executive search projects.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and internal databases.
- Evaluate candidates through engaging screening calls and interviews.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche finance roles in investment banking, asset management, and private equity.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep accurate records in the ATS and assist the delivery team with various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants to understand client requirements and ensure a strong cultural fit for talent.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years of international recruitment or resourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in finance recruitment or executive search is preferred but not essential.
- A confident, vibrant, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong sourcing and research capabilities, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Ability to work towards targets and under tight deadlines.
- Access to a laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
