As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating and sharing insights across our extensive client portfolio. This position requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating persistence in delivering exceptional service.
Your primary responsibility will be to implement sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates. This approach is essential for achieving high-quality and timely placements while being cost-effective. Collaborating closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will provide valuable input on sourcing strategies and real-time feedback regarding their effectiveness.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will champion best practice sourcing strategies and represent the Allegis Global Solutions brand positively at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sourcing strategy by identifying qualified candidates for open positions within the client's designated functional areas.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels in alignment with client branding and social media policies, focusing on direct-sourced (passive) candidates.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates, delivering outstanding candidate care and ensuring thorough pre-screening before recruitment processes.
- Assess candidates for skills, cultural, and motivational alignment using a behavioral-based approach alongside screening criteria set by the client.
- Maintain accurate and timely information regarding all candidate interactions within the database.
- Proactively pipeline talent and establish pre-qualified candidate talent pools aligned with the client's workforce strategy.
- Engage with existing talent pool candidates to gather current market intelligence and inform them about potential opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of candidate initiatives, including newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies.
