Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Management
- Identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities within designated territories.
- Managing existing client relationships to foster the development of new programs.
- Assisting customers in resolving technical issues.
- Actively listening to customer needs to differentiate our solutions from the competition.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce Database.
- Tracking project status and providing updates to clients.
- Following through the entire sales process from order to shipment.
Customer Service
- Handling customer complaints and managing RMA returns.
- Keeping Salesforce Contact Database updated.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Systems and Processes
- Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and procedures.
- Collaborating closely with inside sales, quality engineers, and application engineers.
