JOIN OUR TEAM
We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Account Manager (RAM) to lead our external distributor partnerships and represent Hint in the competitive beverage landscape. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for retailers in your region, focused on achieving annual revenue and profit goals while managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your interactions with key customers will be essential to ensuring their satisfaction and educating them on product offerings and market trends.
Key accounts in the Southeast include, but are not limited to: Publix, Food Lion, Ingles, MDI, Southeast Grocers, and other regional retailers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all retailers in your designated market, collaborating with distributor and broker relationships to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Work alongside the distributor team to identify high-potential stores, expanding displays and point-of-distribution strategies to enhance market sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize sales across all territories.
- Develop strategies to improve net sales, market share, and overall regional margin contributions.
- Organize and lead distributor team meetings to align on goals and performance.
