Avery Dennison is on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Account Manager to join our Label and Graphic Materials Group within the Graphics organization. This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets with both regional and national distributors, while also generating demand for our Window and Graphic Films at the converter level. The successful candidate will manage the entire state of Texas and can work remotely from anywhere within the state.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by achieving sales and profit objectives within the assigned territory.
Oversee the distribution channel with a strong focus on channel excellence.
Lead initiatives to ensure organizational excellence and performance.
Generate demand for Avery Dennison products through direct engagement with converters.
Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, including channel partners, OEM alliances, and graphics installers.
Identify and assess customer needs, crafting compelling value propositions and communicating effectively to drive execution.
Demonstrate product offerings and assist clients in applying products effectively.
Acquire a deep understanding of market dynamics in the assigned territory and devise strategies to meet revenue goals.
Conduct thorough territory analysis and planning to maximize account and customer engagement.
Secure, negotiate, and maintain effective distribution agreements.
Utilize account management skills to develop and implement customer marketing and growth programs.
