Position Overview
As the Director of Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our nurse case management services and other offerings across the Missouri region. This strategic and hands-on position demands a deep understanding of healthcare service delivery, payer/provider dynamics, and consultative sales methodologies. You will manage a diverse portfolio of regional accounts, ensuring exceptional service quality and fostering strong relationships with clients, prospects, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Territory Management
• Formulate and implement a tailored sales strategy for your territory that aligns with company growth objectives and market trends.
• Focus outreach efforts and prioritize team objectives effectively.
• Identify and target underserved markets or emerging opportunities within the region.
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
• Lead comprehensive sales initiatives from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contracting, and closing deals.
• Manage a dynamic sales pipeline with opportunities across payors, employers, and other stakeholders for our product offerings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to craft impactful messaging tailored to decision-makers.
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions to meet complex client needs, including pricing structures, program outcomes, and compliance requirements.
• Achieve measurable progress towards growth benchmarks.
Collaboration & Feedback
• Foster and maintain high-trust relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance executives, case management directors, and benefit consultants.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights on care coordination trends, workforce challenges, and the clinical return on investment from nurse case management.
• Represent the company at regional healthcare events, roundtables, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and promote our services.
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery through effective client onboarding and coordination with operations.
