Position Purpose
Lead the commercial strategy for the Antioquia region, ensuring both compliance and exceeding the assigned budget through deepening relationships with existing clients, expanding the client base (new logos), and building long-term strategic relationships that generate sustainable value for both clients and the company.
Role Scope
Accountable for the profitability of the region.
Direct leadership of the regional commercial team.
Strategic relationships with key clients and decision-makers (C-Level).
Definition and implementation of the regional commercial strategy.
Key Deliverables
Compliance and exceeding regional and client-specific budget targets.
Growth of Business as Usual (BAU) and portfolio expansion with current clients.
Sustained increase of new logos in the region.
Robust and actionable account plans for strategic clients.
Strong positioning of Experian's value proposition in the regional market.
Main Responsibilities
Design, execute, and monitor the regional commercial strategy, in alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead, develop, and motivate the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
Develop and implement account plans for strategic clients, identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Enhance relationships with existing clients to expand BAU and recurrent revenue.
Create strategies for acquiring new clients (hunter) and market entry.
Act as a strategic consultant for clients, understanding their business, challenges, and priorities.
Effectively position Experian's portfolio of products and services, aligning them with client needs.
Conduct regular (weekly/monthly) follow-ups on pipeline, goals, forecasts, and strategic projects.
Manage and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of solutions.
Provide feedback to the organization with insights on the market, competition, and client needs.
