Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aimed at enhancing demand generation, establishing thought leadership, fostering public relations, promoting customer advocacy, and increasing brand visibility for our target demographics in both SMB and Enterprise sectors.
- Curate and oversee the regional content calendar, ensuring it aligns with both global directives and regional priorities.
- Establish a robust content review process to ensure stakeholder engagement and clear visibility of the content calendar and its associated performance metrics.
Content Creation and Localization
- Generate original content types including blogs, long-form articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, podcasts, and digital marketing copy for emails and websites.
- Produce marketing collateral for partners, including presentations, webinars, updates for partner portals, social media posts, and success stories from customers and partners.
- Craft written and video case studies showcasing regional clients to bolster customer advocacy initiatives.
- Collaborate with demand generation campaign managers to ensure that content goals and resources are in sync with campaign requirements.
- Work alongside the global content team to create assets that enhance thought leadership and brand awareness, adaptable across various regions.
- Assist in localizing content sourced from global or other geographical markets for CE&I campaigns, including publishing adapted marketing materials like eBooks, whitepapers, brochures, and product web pages.
Public Relations and Brand Visibility
- Support the public relations strategy and initiatives within CE&I, working closely with the global PR team to accurately represent local business drivers and news.
Content Distribution and Digital Presence
- Oversee organic social media content in collaboration with demand generation managers.
- Partner with the Global Digital SEO team to optimize and publish content that meets regional SEO objectives for the CE&I online markets.
- Manage regional web pages in conjunction with the Global Corporate Digital Team, enhancing page content for organic reach and improving conversion rates.
- Coordinate with local product marketing stakeholders to ensure timely market entry of new products and solutions, aligning with regional content requirements.
Project Management
- Monitor performance metrics, report on ROI and results, and refine future content initiatives based on analytical insights.
- Oversee external agencies and vendors to facilitate asset creation as necessary.
