POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Director of Admissions (RDOA) is a key enrollment leader responsible for advancing student enrollment strategies, enhancing performance, and ensuring operational excellence across various campuses and business lines. In a complex, matrixed environment, this role provides strategic direction, oversight, and collaboration with campus-based Directors of Admissions (DOAs).
The RDOA guarantees the alignment of admissions strategy, performance expectations, and compliance standards across the organization. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, campus leaders, and cross-functional teams to optimize enrollment outcomes, refine the prospective student experience, and implement best practices across the organization.
